Golden triangle tour is a popular tourist circuit which covers three important destinations in India. The Golden Triangle Tour covers Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The three destinations are located in such a way that it forms a triangle and hence the name Golden triangle. Usually the tourists land in Delhi first and start their onward journey to Agra from here. In Agra you visit the world renowned Taj Mahal and then you move onward to the desert landscapes of Rajasthan; you also visit the city of Jaipur here. Returning to Delhi completes the Golden triangle tour for you.

Listing below a few of the sights you may encounter during this tour.

The Golden triangle tour does not involve very long drives and gets you ample time for sightseeing and also lets you visit some of the lesser know tourist destinations falling in this circuit. It is also a good way to experience the rich and varied cultural heritage of these cities. Though the cities are not very far apart from each other but they are very different from each other in terms of geography, culture, and tradition. Agra is 204 km and Jaipur is 237 km from Delhi.

Most travel companies provide tailor made tour package that includes the cost of travelling and hostel stays.
